Francis has light blue eyes with a brown center like Sara. His red hair is styled in a Beatles mop-top. His skin tone is light peaches and cream.

Francis is ready to party in a bright navy tuxedo. The jacket is fully lined with black satin trim and has one fully functional button closure with three pockets. His pants Velcro close at the waist. His white tuxedo shirt has three functional buttons, three rows of tucking on each side with a Velcro closure at the wrist.

Accessories include a black satin cummerbund, black satin double bow tie, black patent tie shoes, silver anniversary bell, white socks, and underwear.
