How it works?
Step 1: Doll Assessment
To initiate the assessment process, kindly send us photos of your beloved doll via email to [email protected] Please use the email address that you have registered on rubyredtoys.com Our team will carefully examine the photos and assess the condition of your doll.
Step 2: Treatment Plan
Within 3 working days, we will send you a detailed treatment plan to your email address. This plan will outline the recommended repairs and restoration work, along with the corresponding service charge. If you agree with the treatment plan and the associated cost, we will provide you with a secure payment link. (The maximum charge for each doll, including the return shipment fee is USD65, shipment fee for sending your doll(s) to our doll hospital is not included.)
Step 3: Doll Renewal
Once we receive your doll, our skilled technicians will commence the restoration and repair process according to the agreed treatment plan. This meticulous process includes tasks such as restringing joints, sewing, repainting or refinishing surfaces, as we as replacing hair wigs or eyes. We employ high-quality materials and techniques to ensure that your doll's integrity and aesthetic appeal are fully restored.
Step 4: Quality Assurance
Before we return your doll to you, our team will conduct a thorough quality check to ensure that all repairs and restoration work have been successfully completed. This step guarantees that your doll is in optimal condition and meets our quality standards.
Step 5: Return and Rejoice
Once the quality check is complete, we will carefully package your doll to ensure its safe transit. It will then be promptly returned to you, ready to be cherished once again. We hope that the restored doll brings you joy and happiness.
