1. Do you take international orders?
Yes, we do. We ship worldwide and charge a standard flat rate for any international shipping & handling fees. Customer need to pay all the local duties and taxes applied themselves, if any, at the time of receiving the items.
2. How much is the Postage Fee?
Once you pressed the check out button and inputted your delivery address, you can find the amount of the Postage (Shipping) Fee.
3. What are the shipping methods?
We primarily utilize FedEx for shipping. However, small size orders and shipments to select European,South America,Africa countries and Oceania countries will be dispatched using international ePacket service. You will receive an email notification after your order is shipped. Tracking information can be found after you log in to your customer account. Under “Order history and details” section, then click “Details” of the respective order.
4. How soon will my item be shipped?
Unless notified, otherwise all items are usually shipped at the following 2-3 business days, after the full payment is actually received by us. RubyRedToys.com performs real time transaction. This site operates on order placed against our actual stock available mostly.
5. CAN YOU LABEL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WITH Lower Value?
In order to assure smooth deliveries without any custom problem or delays, we must declare all parcels with their true listed values. Customer would need to settle all local duties and taxes applicable themselves, if any, to receive their ordered items promptly.
6. Can RubyRedToys.com send order to my address in non-English Language?
YES, sure. It is better if you can provide us your address in your own language, such as Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Rissian ... etc. Just drop us an email to remind us your address in your own language after you complete your order. Thanks!! Benefit: Your local Post office can delivery parcels to you faster and more efficiently.
7. What is the condition of your items?
All items we sell are new. All of the items are stored in a smoke-free, pet-free and humidity-controlled environment.
8. How do you pack my Orders?
All items are well packaged with Carton Box, Dust-Free Paper, and Plastic Bag or in Plastic Containers. Also, in order to increase its Collectible Value and help Collectors to keep their items better, all Cloth Set items are individually packaged in its own individual box.
9. What form of payment does RubyRedToys.com accept?
We accept online payment via PayPal.com (including Major Credit Cards), and you can use your Credit Card directly through PayPal Payment Gateway. Please see below for details.
10. Don't Have PayPal Account?
You still be able to use your Credit Card to make Payment via PayPal even you don't have an official PayPal account!
11. Can i change my delivery address after placing an order?
Changing the delivery address from your customer account will only reflect on your future orders. If you would like to modify the delivery address after placing an order, please reach out to our customer service team via email at [email protected]
CANCELLATION AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
All sales are final and cannot be canceled or returned once your order is submitted. Please review your purchase before submitting your order to ensure billing/shipping, quantities ordered. We are not able to update quantities, add or remove items, or update the shipping address after the order is confirmed.
Any merchandise purchased from our site will be shipped by third party couriers. As a result, title and risk of loss or damage for such merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. All missing, damaged, and incorrect shipments or items must be reported within 14 days of receipt, and must include photo documentation in the email submission. These items will be reviewed, if applicable, a replacement will be issued only for damaged products and does not cover or include packaging of said products. All replacements will be at the discretion of customer support.
We cannot control slight manufacturing variations and are not able to replace items based on these variations, including but not limited to minor fabric migration in doll, or slight color variations in doll body/wig/outfits/accessories, or in wig/outfits/accessories wearing
We cannot guarantee that we will have replacement parts for sold out or older archived items as replacement inventory is not always available.
Merchandise once received over 30 days would not be going to discretion in replacement even unopen.
In the event that we do find you an acceptable replacement you may be subject to shipping charges to have the replacement part sent to you.
