We scoured the internet for fabulous celebrity styles and simply loved those of the wonderfully talented Selena Gomez, Millie Bobby Brown, and Olivia Rodrigo. They sure know how to sport some truly gorgeous and fashionable looks! And we’ve put them into easy-to-follow tutorials so you can give your doll a celebrity hairstyle in just a few minutes!

Double Three Strand Braids

This is a classic look. To begin, part your doll’s hair down the middle into two equal sections. Starting on one side, take one of the sections you created and split it into three equal parts. This will result in three strands: an outer strand on the right, a middle strand, and an outer strand on the left. Starting on the right, take the outer strand and place it over the middle strand, moving the middle strand under it and to the right. Now, the strand that was originally the outer right strand becomes the middle strand. Next, take the outer left strand and put it over the new middle strand. Take the middle strand and place it under the outer left strand, moving it to the left. Then go to the outer right strand and repeat these steps until you reach the end of the hair. Once you reach the end, use a band to secure the doll’s hair. Then repeat this on the other side of the doll’s wig.

Pom-pom Ponytails

Next up, we have pom-pom ponytails, a truly fun and quirky style! First, divide your doll’s hair into a top layer and a bottom layer. Take the top layer and divide it into two equal sections down the middle. Divide the bottom layer into two equal sections down the middle as well. Next, take the bottom right layer of hair and combine it with the top left. Secure it with a band. Then, take the bottom left layer of hair and combine it with the top right. Secure that with a band too. You’ve now got two pigtails! If you have hair attachments you can add, feel free to do so. Now, starting with one of the pigtails you just created, take another band and tie it onto the pigtail about 1.5 inches below the top band. Grab another band and do the same below the second band you just added. Get another band and do this one more time, about 1.5 inches below the lowest band you recently added. Next, gently pull at the sections between each band to give them that ball-shaped look. Repeat these exact steps on the other side.

Heart Buns

The last style we have for you is the heart bun look. First, start by dividing your hair into a top layer and a bottom layer. Then, divide both layers into two sections each, down the middle. Take the bottom right layer and combine it with the top left layer of hair, securing it in place with a band. Next, take the bottom left layer and combine it with the top right layer. Secure that with a band. This means you’ve now created two pigtails. Starting on one pigtail, take a new band and tie it about 1.5 inches below the top band. Next, create a hole in the section of hair you’ve just created and loop the remaining hair through it. After doing that, pinch the hair into a heart shape and tie it with a band. Repeat this on the other side.

Even if you’ve never styled your doll’s hair before, you’ll find these methods super easy and fun to do!
