Customer is responsible to pay all the local duties and taxes incurred, if any, at the time of receiving the items.
All sales are final and cannot be canceled once your order is submitted. Please review your purchase before submitting your order to ensure billing/shipping, quantities ordered. We are not able to update quantities, add or remove items, or update the shipping address after the order is confirmed.
Any merchandise purchased from our site will be shipped by third party couriers. As a result, title and risk of loss or damage for such merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. All missing, damaged, and incorrect shipments or items must be reported within 14 days of receipt, and must include photo documentation in the email submission. These items will be reviewed, if applicable, a replacement will be issued only for damaged products and does not cover or include packaging of said products. All replacements will be at the discretion of customer support.
We cannot control slight manufacturing variations and are not able to replace items based on these variations, including but not limited to minor fabric migration in doll, or slight color variations in doll body/wig/outfits/accessories, or in wig/outfits/accessories wearing.
We cannot guarantee that we will have replacement parts for sold out or older archived items as replacement inventory is not always available.
Merchandise once received over 30 days would not be going to discretion in replacement even unopened.
In the event that we do find you an acceptable replacement you may be subject to shipping charges to have the replacement part sent to you.
